Meet The Millstone Evans Group Team: Donna Boatright

Have you met Donna Boatright yet?

Chances are if you’ve needed help with any client-related needs from setting up a new account to rolling over your 401 K, you’ve interacted with her.

We’re proud to spotlight Donna as part of our new, monthly Meet the Team campaign, which we are launching as a way for our clients to connect with and get to know the team a little better. Given her 2021 start date, she may be one of the newer team members, but she’s quickly taken on increasing responsibilities and become a valuable team member since coming aboard.

As Office Manager and Operations Specialist, Donna oversees client-focused areas including setting up new accounts, deposits and withdrawals via regular bank transfers, wires and checks; account transfers from other firms into the Millstone Evans Group; 401 K setups and rollovers; money management and movement; and a variety of client services. She is also responsible for accounts payable as well as general office management and administration.

Donna joined the team with an extensive background in customer service, and administrative management. She has over 25 years of experience in project management and working directly with both customers and professional colleagues to achieve company goals.

She moved to Colorado in May 2020 from Texas. In her personal time, she loves hiking, watching sports of any kind, and volunteering where she can. She has helped with the local Salvation Army, the Ronald McDonald House, and Meals on Wheels (which helps pets as well as people). A passionate animal advocate, Donna has volunteered at animal shelters and fostered terminally ill pets whose previous owners could no longer care for them. The only thing Donna loves more than helping others is spending quality time with her family and closest friends.
